- Completed a $9 million civil earthworks project, including all underground services, sewers, storm, piping and drainage system, plus road paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, and waterworks in this multi-phased development
- Project included miles of roads and retaining walls, including storm outfall structures going out to the ocean and high/low pressure water structures with blasting rock for retaining walls and rock crushing into base on the side of the hills in downtown Sechelt, BC
- 2010 Olympics – Athlete’s Village, Whistler, BC
- In 2010 Terrane Construction was engaged by the Town of Whistler to complete a delayed earthworks project for the 2010 Olympics, this included road works and underground servicing for the Athlete’s Village in Whistler, BC
